First 4 Disabilities was formed by our managing director, who has numerous years of both professional and personal experience, of caring for people with additional needs.
Your needs are paramount to us and we encourage your involvement in identifying your care needs.
Equally important are our Personal Care Assistants, our care assistants are specially trained to care for children and young people with disabilities. All are first aid trained / CPR certified and have undergone an enhanced police check. Each one is actively involved in professional development and continues to undertake further studies.
